Project manager – Autoriteit Financiële Markten (December 2011 – February 2013).

The Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) supervises the financial markets. It is a knowledge-and information intensive organization. Her current disclosure of information was perceived as user-unfriendly and did not always retrieve the correct information. Initially – in a proof of concept – we demonstrated that the solution with FAST for SharePoint will improve information retrieval results. Subsequently, a implementation project established a comprehensive introduction of FAST for Sharepoint. I was responsible for the project design and implementation of FAST for Sharepoint solution within the intranet of the Financial Markets Authority. The team consisted of a FAST expert, a .Net developer, a technical writer and a GUI developer. The project was based on a controlled iterative approach.
