Project leader – ING (February 2010 – April 2010).

Through interviews and workshops acquired the requirements and wishes related to the search functionality, business information retrieval and information sharing of the global network of ING intranets. On this basis, a proof of concept using FAST search was set up. My role in this project was, conducting interviews and workshops and the preparation of the requirements.
